Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached. Due to hygiene purchases, tights are final sale and cannot be exchanged/returned. Unworn, unsewn Pointe shoes can be exchanged. Unfortunately, shoes that have been sewn are not returnable. All final sale items marked down are considered clearance and cannot be exchanged or returned.
